Our in-house data collection team, MiGFT, is an ever-growing network of online interviewers and mystery shoppers spread across India, the Middle East & Africa Region, which enable us to conduct mystery shopping and data collection in any geographic location

MiGFT comprises of people belonging to various nationalities like Asians, Expat Arabs, Local Arabs, Westerners, Africans, etc. from all the segments of the society which helps us in integrating local knowledge to our research solution

With our aim to generate useful insights based on quality data. We build our in-house team of interviewers & shoppers who are recruited and trained by Mukraj-Insights team.

Our own team of interviewers/shopper enable us to conduct complex projects in the shortest possible time with complete control over the data quality

MiGFT is our in-house data collection team who are selected and recruited from various parts of India, the Middle East & Africa Region and they are trained by senior researchers periodically to conduct fieldwork as per the research requirements.

MiGFT team members have the required local knowledge like native language skills, awareness about nearby locations backed by constant motivation & guidance to collect data from the market in an effective as well as an ethical way and thus we are able to conduct mystery shopping visits in any part ofIndia, the Middle East & Africa Region

MiGFT members are socially active people who have a strong online network of working professionals and individuals, which gives a distinguished advantage while conducting an online survey of businesses and customers

Mukraj-Insights is also working for the cause of women empowerment and the majority of MiGFT members are women - students, working professionals, Businesswomen, housewives etc. MiGFT allows women to work from their home or online and thus helps them in becoming self-dependent. This is really helpful for women who are unable to move out of their home or locality, as we provide them flexible work from home opportunity where they can work at their own pace and as per their convenience. All they need is an internet connection either on mobile or laptop

Each of the MiGFT member's performance is evaluated after each assignment and the performance rating decides the future growth and availability of assignments for a particular MiGFT member

The performance rating helps us in identifying the high performers so that they can be treated/rewarded accordingly. Also, we design more training programs for average performers.

Please note that our evaluation system is dynamic, and it keeps on changing depending on MiGFT member's performance which enables us to maintain the acceptable quality of work which aims to deliver to our clients. For example, any MiGFT members can improve their performance and become part of high performer group to get more assignments and similarly if a high performing MiGFT member becomes complacent and their performance is deteriorated then they move to the low performing group. This is a self-correction system which keeps all the MiGFT members on their toes to ensure they work up-to-the acceptable quality

So the simple Mantra for working in MiGFT is "If you work well then you will get more work"

The login page will be like a virtual office for you where you can manage your work easily and your performance will be rated which will decide your future growth in the organization

We follow monthly payment system, where you get paid on monthly basis for the assignment completed in the particular month. The payment is done online either through bank transfer or PayPal account

Why did we create MiGFT?

The main challenge faced by market research industry is the poor data quality which has affected each and every part of the world. There are many reasons for this poor data quality and to negate all those reasons, Mukraj-Insights created its own team of Freelancers who are in our direct contact, which would ensure that the freelancers are properly recruited, trained as well as paid to deliver the desired quality

Each of the freelancers is in our direct contact thus and there is no layer between Mukraj-Insights and the freelancers which ensure that freelancers have the first-hand understanding of the assignment.

Each of the freelancers has their profile with us where we continuously track their performance. Accordingly, they are rated and new projects are assigned to them. The members who could not meet our quality standards are filtered out, so that, we have only high performing members who can deliver the quality work within the set timeline

The sole purpose of creating MiGFT is to have our own team in each of the countries so that we can have absolute control over the data quality
